About Us

What started as a small neighborhood taproom built around Garrett and Brian Hickey’s passion for homebrewing has grown into one of Cincinnati’s favorite breweries. Through hard work, long days, and a commitment to quality, the Hickey family transformed Streetside Brewery from a simple idea into an award-winning staple in Cincinnati’s craft beer scene. Brian brought manufacturing and sales expertise, Kathie helped lead operations and community involvement, and Garrett developed the brewery’s creative brewing style. Together, they built something far bigger than they originally imagined. Over the last decade, fan-favorite beers like Raspberry Beret and Demogorgon have earned multiple awards and become staple releases, while distribution has expanded throughout the OH/KY/IN tri-state area. The brewery has grown, the patio expanded, and the team evolved, but Streetside’s dedication to pushing boundaries and creating exceptional beer has never changed. Today, the Hickeys are still deeply involved, continuing to move Streetside forward while staying true to the community-focused spirit it was built on.
