Tezcazul Tequila is hand crafted in the small pueblo of Amatitan Jalisco, Mexico. Some consider this location to be the true birthplace of the well known Mexican spirit. A historic region where fields of majestic Blue Agave extend upward from the volcanic red soil to the sun drenched skies above. Standing proud for approximately seven years these spiritual, organically grown plants are then harvested for their magical hearts, the pinas, and cooked in traditional brick and stone ovens for two days to create the sweet nectar, pulque, of the Aztec gods. Soon after a natural fermentation small batches of pure organic Blanco Tequila is produced. Perfect for signature hand crafted cocktails or consumed directly this natural, high quality Blanco becomes the essential foundation for our well rested and aged Tequila varietals Tezcazul Reposado and Extra Anejo.
