The Barking Lot is your locally owned and independently operated doggie daycare, boarding, grooming, and training facility. We strive to provide exceptional quality services at affordable prices. The Barking Lot has been proudly serving the Olde Town Arvada area since 2013. It has been operating as a dog daycare since 2005 under a different name and ownership. The Barking Lot was purchased by its current owner, DeeAnna Osborne and her amazing family, in 2020. Since that time the facility has undergone extensive remodeling inside and out. We have over 2300 sq ft of climate controlled indoor space, as well as over 2600 sq ft of outdoor space, with dog specific play equipment. Our large indoor and outdoor spaces are divided into separate play areas, so we can group dogs by energy levels and sizes, with dedicated areas for our smaller breeds. All groups are always monitored by our trained staff. Including at night, with our boarding dogs being watched by our on-site, live-in team member.
