About Us

Daniel Palmitier is an experienced New Braunfels criminal defense attorney. He graduated in 2007 from St. Mary’s School of Law and spent his first year in practice defending citizens in Bexar, Comal, and Guadalupe counties. He was the former comal county prosecutor for 10 years until 2018. During his employment as a prosecutor, he earned a reputation as a tough litigator and adversary in the courtroom. To date Daniel has tried more than 100 misdemeanor and felony jury trials. He is proud to be a citizen of Comal County and is a former director and president of the Comal County Bar Association.
