As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and toddler mom of 2, I want to make parenthood easier for you! As a Mama Coach, I utilize my nursing assessment skills and specialized training in prenatal and postpartum care, infant feeding, lactation, pediatric sleep science, potty training, and CPR education to help growing families thrive. I offer a variety of educational classes and consultations, either in-home or virtually, that can be customized to meet the unique needs of your child and lifestyle. My mission, when partnering with you as your Mama Coach, is to listen and empathize with your concerns as well as equip you with the evidence to inform your decisions, the knowledge to create solutions, and the confidence to harness your parenting potential.
