A Tradition Of Excellence for Three Decades. In 1983 Robert Merrifield envisioned a new restaurant for Tulsa with a goal to offer the very finest service and cuisine. That vision became POLO GRILL. As we celebrate our third decade it's wonderful to see where our journey. What began as a modest bar and single dining room has expanded to our main dining room and a total of five private dining rooms, our beautiful granite topped bar and cozy booths in the lounge, the Polo Lounge, a growing patio dining service, a full-service catering operation, and the finest wine program in Oklahoma.
