About Us

Town Square NW Austin is an adult enrichment center that provides activities and nursing care to our members in a safe and nostalgic environment. We are centered around the reminiscence approach, and when you walk through our doors, you are stepping into what appears to be a 1950’s town. We have a diner, a movie theatre, and even a park! The typical day starts in Rosie’s Diner with breakfast and conversation. Following breakfast, the members break into groups of similar interest and abilities to begin activities. Members spend about 45 minutes in each activity room, which has dedicated lesson plans so there is always variety to the day! We also partner with local groups to bring in guest speakers, pet therapy, musical groups, etc. Our entire team is specifically trained in Dementia and Alzheimer’s care. We assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s), as needed. Additionally, our Center Nurse monitors your loved one’s vitals and is available for medication management.
