In the real estate industry since 1985, Julie DeMarcus started as a highly productive and trusted Certified Escrow Officer for a local title company. In 1993, Julie switched gears to a corresponding arm of the industry – mortgage lending. Julie enjoys working with numbers and enjoys people, so the mortgage industry was a perfect fit. Julie helps her clients make sense of the often confusing world of lending. With a dizzying array of products and the seemingly endless amount of paperwork, clients often don’t know who to turn to or where to start. Working closely with her clients, Julie is able to produce a smooth, stress-free transaction.
