Vialta Direct Primary Care is a membership-based primary care practice in Walnut Creek offering personalized, relationship-centered care for adults. Founded by board-certified family physician Dr. Maryna Vityuk, Vialta was created for patients who want more time with their doctor, easier access, and thoughtful, evidence-based care. The practice is intentionally kept small, allowing for longer appointments and a more personal approach to preventive care, chronic conditions, acute concerns, weight management, and women’s health, with a special interest in perimenopause and menopause. At Vialta, the goal is simple: primary care that feels personal, accessible, and unrushed.
