At Vital Fitness we believe that age isn't just a number. We experience loss of strength, bone density, power, agility, and balance as we age - starting as young as 30! We know that through strength training and high intensity interval training we can ward off some of the effects of aging, so that we can live our best lives when we're older. It's never too late to start - what do you want to be able to keep doing ten or twenty years from now? Train for that. Train for life!
