Zimmer Heating and Cooling is third generation full service HVAC installation, sales and servicing company located in Cincinnati, Ohio. We have proudly served the Heating and Cooling needs throughout Greater Cincinnati, Dayton, Kentucky and Indiana areas since 1946. We are a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer as well as a multi Carrier Presidents Award recipient. Our install and service technicians are factory trained, NATE certified; Master & Journeyman’s license in Ohio & Kentucky. Our service technicians repair and perform maintenance on all makes and models of equipment. We provide quick, professional service and complete preventative maintenance plans to keep your system operating at peak efficiency; extending the life of the system. We customize your ductwork with our own in house sheet metal fabrication center, one of the very few in the Cincinnati area. The fabrication shop has been in existence as long as the company and we can design and custom build ductwork for virtually any installation.
