'Tis the season for burgers and dogs! Two summertime staples that I love as much as anyone. I'm a fan of the classics. A Beef Patty, cheese, mustard, onion, pickle, lettuce, and tomato on a soft bun. Franks, mustard, shredded cheese, diced onion, and relish on a classic ball-park bun or hoagie. Sometimes, however, I like to mix things up. Here are some of my favorite at-home burger & dog combinations. I try to use as many local (*) products as I can, so I hope you will give them a try. Many of the producers' items are available for OKC delivery by Prairie Creek Farms and call-ahead Pick-up at Urban Agrarian.
