The Retreat started as a dream by land developer and family man Chip Hayes. He had a vision for a one-of-a-kind vacation destination that would bring his kids closer to nature and his family closer together. To create a sense of wonder and adventure that is accessible and fun for everyone. To date, this simple dream our founder had to create a unique vacation destination for his family and friends has exploded into 3 SOLD-OUT communities with many more to come. The demand for these properties and the magic each location holds is second to none. The Retreat by Oakstone started as a tiny dream and has quickly grown to become the premier tiny home community developer & property management company in the region, with plans to expand nationally.
