Love Where You Live

Timberline Restoration can get your home ready for the holidays and beyond

Home. We cannot overstate its value. It is the place where we gather as a family, deepen friendships, and live out our stories. Timberline Restoration improves hundreds of stories in the Denver metro area each year by providing excellence in home restoration and design.

Montgomery Osborne, founder of Timberline Restoration, got into the industry because he “liked building stuff.” As the company grew, he found that he really loved the business and relational side, too. Today, Montgomery takes pride in the fact that there is no job Timberline won’t take or nothing they can’t do. This has led to inventive builds that break the mold, from home theaters with built-in speakers to porcelain fireplaces that stretch to the ceiling.

Montgomery and his team will venture anywhere within a 1.5-mile radius of Parker, Colorado. They have a keen awareness of the real estate market, which gives them an accurate estimate of how much each project will appreciate a home’s value. Whether a homeowner is looking to sell for maximum profit or create their dream home, the Timberline team walks clients through the design process step by step to bring their ideas to life. “We value constant communication with our clients," says Izzet Onder, who co-owns CO Stoneyard with Montgomery. "As a homeowner, you don’t want to worry about whether or not you’ve given your money to the wrong guys.”

The two business partners met in Turkey, Izzet’s native country. Montgomery was doing economic development, and Izzet was his translator. A few years later, Izzet moved to the United States, and CO Stoneyard was born. They source the quartz, marble, and variable stone for all of Timberline’s projects and beyond. In the last year alone, they’ve serviced over 200 kitchens.

Montgomery chuckles when asked about his favorite projects, saying, “We’re pretty proud of all of them.” Driven by quality and satisfied customers, Montgomery tallied off story after story of the families Timberline has served. They have several repeat customers, including one family who returned for three different projects. Thanks to Timberline Restoration, they have their exact dream home, complete with eight bedrooms. Montgomery credits all of the success to his team. "You can’t beat my team of people. We’re one great big family,” Montgomery says. "Every person in my company has the same mission and the same goal. If they don’t, they’re not one of us.”

Timberline’s Tips to Make the Most of Your Space
1. Island Time
Custom islands are a fun way to add sophisticated flair to your kitchen space. It’s a great place to add a pop of color without overwhelming the tone of the room. You can get creative with the counters, too. Consider a butcher block or a custom granite counter with a wood edge.
2. Embrace The I-Beam
Add wood-wrapped I-beams to your kitchen or living room area to add more structure to your space. They provide a modern twist on a rustic, cozy tradition that will leave you positively beaming.
3. Bust Out Your Basement
Are you maximizing your basement’s potential? Basements can be the optimal space to entertain, host out-of-town family members, or rent out for some side-hustle income. The Timberline team can build a bar, home theater, arcade, and more—your imagination is the limit.
