The new hot length trend is somewhere in the middle. Midi dresses and skirts have been seen all over the place, so I tried rocking this length to see if it really is one size fits all.
Shocker…I’m a fashion blogger who’s obsessed with anything animal print. But in all seriousness, when I found this cheetah print midi skirt I instantly knew it would be a fun piece to style.
As a mom, comfort is a must for me. I’ve got to be able to keep up with my two kids. I’m constantly on-the-go, always running around town to all their practices and games. So I styled this skirt with one of my loose fitting band t-shirts and a pair of white tennis shoes. Loose fitting tees are super versatile. I simply just tied this one up in the back to give it a little more shape to wear with this fun midi skirt.
Showing Off Some Shoulder
This is one of the most comfortable dresses I own. Made of super soft and stretchy cotton, it almost feels like a pair of sweat pants! I instantly fell in love with the racer back cut on this midi dress and the side pockets.
This dress gives you an amazing shape without being too form fitting as well. Here I dressed it up a bit for brunch and styled it with a pair of espadrilles wedges and a leather handbag. You can also dress this down by wearing it with a pair of sandals or adding a simple layer like a jean jacket and boots.
Whites for the Win
Another great casual option is this white button-front knee-length dress. I love the functional waist tie and buttons on this midi. Plus it’s lined, which is something I always look for when wearing white dresses.
I kept my jewelry and accessories simple with the plunging neckline. It’s easy to wear with a pair of woven slides like I did, or you could opt for a dressier shoe like wedged sandals.
Backyard BBQ or resort vibes, this dress is great for those warm celebrations and vacations!
