It's just not July until you've got an ice-cold beverage in hand. Fortunately, Dotsero-based Stoneyard Distillery recently opened their new tasting room on the 800 block of Glenwood's main drag, and they've got plenty of fresh flavors to quench your summer thirst. The distillery's unique Colorado beet sugar spirits make exceptional cocktails. Sample the goods barside, or grab bottles to go and make three of their signature concoctions at home.
