Ingredients
- 12 frozen mini phyllo cups
- 6 teaspoons triple cream brie
- 12 ounces fresh cranberries
- ¾ cups granulated sugar
- zest of one orange
- 1 cup water
- Rosemary Sprigs (optional)
Homemade Cranberry Sauce Instructions

Place all cranberries, sugar, orange zest and water in a saucepan and stir to combine.

Bring to a boil, then when you hear the berries start to pop, reduce to a simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes or until most berries are popped and soft.

Transfer to a storage container and allow to cool. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Cranberry Brie Mini Tarts Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F

Place the phyllo cups in a mini muffin tin.

Fill each cup with about 1/2 teaspoon of brie.

Bake for 10 minutes, until cups are golden and cheese is melted.

Remove from oven and top each cup with 1/2 teaspoon cranberry sauce. Finish by lightly seasoning with fresh ground pepper. Garnish with rosemary sprig.
