Kansas City Restaurant Week is officially in full swing. While you're dining out and exploring all the multi-course lunches and dinners, start planning for the weekend. A handful of restaurants participating have curated a brunch menu. Yep, you read that right - get a $15, multi-course brunch. With only two days, choose wisely! But really, you can't go wrong with any of them.

Beer Kitchen

Enjoy comforting classics or boozy twists (I'm looking at you drunken doughnuts) in downtown Westport. Come for the the $15 brunch and stay for the great beer and good vibes!

Black Sheep

While breakfast is an all day, every day option at Black Sheep, you won't want to miss their restaurant week specials. Known for partnering with local farmers, this week-long menu features yogurt and granola with local honey, potato muffins, and warm rum cake. Make Black Sheep a mid-week must.

Brown & Loe

With a bright and inviting space, Brown and Loe offers a perfectly balanced brunch menu. Start with a salad or beignets before indulging in a classic breakfast or their spin on chicken salad. Pair it with a cocktail or coffee, and you've got a great start to the day.

Char Bar

BBQ with a brunch twist! Let things get "Icky Sticky" with cinnamon loaf before trying brisket and eggs, pork belly pancakes, or the smoked chicken hash. Added bonus: They have a heated-patio that's pet-friendly!

The Homesteader Cafe

Gather round for a relaxed meal with friends or family. With a locally sourced and seasonal menu items, find something simple and comforting. The "fall pig" seems like it can't be missed.

Mickey's Hideaway

Westport's new hot spot is getting into the brunch game! They've got comforting classics (see biscuits and gravy, chicken and waffles) but also johnny cakes and monkey bread. You're sure to find something to please!

Rye

Come for the brunch and stay for the pie - all for one price. For a little extra you can devour one of their signature cinnamon rolls (we won't tell)! They have two locations across the metro.

Red Door Woodfired Grill

With four locations across the metro, it should be easy to check out this neighborhood joint. Start with some warm beignets (a.k.a. delicious pillows) before picking a main. Their chicken and waffles come with syrup AND gravy, but they also have a killer veggie frittata.
