Gilda’s Club KC features moving meditation with a gentle, slow, grounding yoga class for people of all different abilities, which then settles into a guided meditation to relax busy minds and reconnect with your inner self.
This drop-in group on the second and fourth Thursday of the month offers a place to come together for mindfulness-based practices. Each session will include guided and silent meditation, mindful movement, teachings and a group discussion. Beginning and experienced meditators are welcome.
At this special series hosted a the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art participants will be guided through meditation, qigong, breathing instruction, and sound healing.
