Your veterinarian will refer you and your pet to MVES when your pet requires specialized care that your vet does not offer. Together, we'll develop a treatment best suited for your pet. Our pet emergency facility is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to serve the community of Mission, Kansas City, and more. Our veterinarians treat your pets like family. When seconds count during an emergency, we’re here for you. We offer a wide range of specialty services including surgery, internal medicine, oncology, cardiology, emergency & critical care, specialized critical care & therapies, dentistry and ophthalmology. In case your furry friend needs a test to confirm a diagnosis, we house state of the art equipment to run CT scans, radiography, diagnostic ultrasounds, EKG and in-house laboratory services.
