The best hot dogs in Tennessee are just down the road in Solway, according to Travel and Leisure Magazine. D and B’s Hot Dogs and Ice Cream, located at 98909 Oak Ridge Hwy got that honor last year. Having tried their dogs, we agree. These are outstanding hot dogs and highly worth the short drive to Solway.
