A Bowlful of Healthy

Core 57 Bowl from Chiringa at Alpharetta City Center:

Core 57 Ingredients:
2 cups of cooked brown rice 
½ avocado (medium)   
2 fried sweet plantains 
1/3 cups of arugula
1/3 cups of pico de gallo
1/3 cups of  black beans 
½ tsp sea salt  

Cilantro Dipping (Sauce) Ingredients: 
Yields: ¾ cup
 
2 cups of cilantro   
½  cup of olive oil 
1 tablespoon of rice vinegar 
1 jalapeno (no seeds)
 

Directions:
1. For the Cilantro Dipping Sauce, mix all ingredients in food processor and blend. 

2. Place cooked brown rice into bowl and layer on additional ingredients and enjoy!
