Our family has been regulars at the Harbor Grill for over twenty years. I remember taking our now-14-year old daughter in for dinner at least twice a month when she was in a car seat. While Giulianna was too young to truly appreciate the experience, she absolutely loved dancing for the pianist, and she just couldn’t get enough of the oyster crackers and hot sourdough bread!

Keegan graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Resort Restaurant Management. Through his pursuit of culinary and cultural education, Keegan traveled extensively and developed a true passion for fine wine. And, in addition to overseeing daily operations, Keegan hand selects the wines for Harbor Grill’s highly regarded wine list. He enjoys this challenge and is always conscious to pass on value, quality, and diversity when selecting new wines.

Harbor Grill’s innovative and unique menu allows you to enhance your meal with a wide selection of vibrant salsas, chutneys or spice rubs—and you can even watch through a picture window as Chef Angel Fabian prepares your favorite dish over a mesquite wood grill.

Chef Angel has been with the Harbor Grill since 1986. While providing culinary leadership, he has honed his skills by attending the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in Napa Valley. Chef Angel has also traveled extensively in South American where his culinary experiences and discoveries have brought many new and innovative flavors to the menu. Angel’s sauces, salsas and unique flavored broths reflect an international influence including Latin America, Asia, Southwestern US, and the Mediterranean regions.
