Josh strived for the ability to have that elevated culinary experience you get at restaurants, but from the comfort of your own home. Here was born his obscenely successfully business model where customers can now have the best beef in the world, at your leisure. Josh now runs Miami’s top family owned butcher shop in South Miami where he sources meats from all over the world, mostly from Japan and Australia, specializing in cuts of wagyu beef. He sells cuts to the public and wholesale to Miami hot spots like, Papi Steak, Novikov, and Major Food Group. You can catch him working with regular backyard enthusiasts, to world renown chefs, and spotted with celebrity families and A-Listers, like Bad Bunny, The Food Good, Tua Tagovailoa, Adriana Lima, David Beckham, Dave Grutman, Nikki Jam, or Mike Tyson to name a few.
