Nosh on Naples Bay is a must!

At the new destination in the Naples Bay Resort & Marina, award-winning chef and owner Todd Johnson is creating a dining experience driven by flavor and lovingly chosen ingredients. His engaging global cuisine features small shareable dishes and meals with tasty options for gluten-free and vegetarian-friendly plates served from an open kitchen.

Chef Todd has culinary roots in Collier and Lee County which began more than 35 years ago. His love of the culinary arts developed into a passion when he attended Culinary School Johnson & Wales University then opened restaurants as executive chef and partner, leading him to Nosh.

Come for happy hours (3-5 p.m.) and stay for dinner, retreating to a bayside table for sunset and a memorable meal. The chef will visit your table, waxing poetic about the farmers, growers and purveyors he is partnering with to bring consistently beautiful dishes to diners.
