About Us

Having 30 years in the building business, Bushnell has earned a reputation synonymous with luxury living. Bushnell began his business in the Chicago area building custom stairs that then grew into a custom home building business, and commercial development company. Bushnell went on to build more than 150 custom homes and over 300,000 sq. ft. of class A commercial buildings throughout the Midwest and SW Florida. Rod, his wife, Lisa, and daughter, Ashley, are proud to be considered one of the premier home builders here in Marco Island.
