TN Women Connect LIVE

Learn From Experts How To Tap Into Social Media To Grow Business On Oct. 21

Join other women -- and Brentwood and Belle Meade Lifestyle magazines as event sponsors -- at the Loveless Café Barn Oct. 21 to learn together, enjoy delicious food by The Loveless Café, have sweet treats from founder of Gigi's Cupcakes, Gigi Butler, and connect with others throughout the day and the happy hour. Tickets are required.

The event is hosted by Tennessee Women Connect, a network of regional groups of business-minded, professional women, in small and large companies, who seek to share business tips and lessons learned from various industries. The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., followed by personal networking.

Lucy Miller, Tennessee Women Connect founder, confirms attendees of in-person networking events make genuine connections. "This event is the largest and most thorough one we've had about learning strategic skills, and is about truly collaborating so we can assist and cheer each other on. It's easy to refer potential business leads based on deeper connections," she adds.

Lucy assures she, along with Brentwood resident Ashley Fitz heading the group's Brentwood division and Jenna Smiley leading the group's Nashville division, are eager to greet and support attendees at this beneficial event.

All tickets include:

  • Lunch by Loveless
  • Desserts by Gigi
  • Trainings and Workshops
  • Happy Hour Networking

Author and motivational speaker, Gigi, also will be the keynote speaker of this event. She will share her story of starting a business, determination, success, and her decision to push past fear.

Csilla Muscan, founder of Speak to Scale Academy, coaches women to "speak on stage," whether an actual stage, in board rooms or on podcasts. She's an expert on teaching how to use one's voice to showcase and grow business. She will co-lead the social media segment.

Brooke Webb, of KB Styled, had massive success using Instagram to grow her business. Brooke will work with Csilla to talk through tactical and specific examples of how to use online social media to augment business.

Elizabeth Evans says organization and being productive go hand-in-hand. Elizabeth’s first expertise is in podcasts and coaching others to use them, but she has this amazing ability to help show how to be more productive with time. She will drill down on the importance of knowing where time actually should be spent to increase business.

Event emcee will be Britney Campbell, Legends Bank senior vice president of marketing and public relations and the co-creator of Her Bank. Britney uses the power of intentional, authentic connection to build a bridge between women and banking beyond transactions. With her banking experience and passion for championing women, she was inspired to co-create Legends Bank's newest brand for women, Her Bank, which launched in May.

Loveless Café Barn is located at 8400 TN-100.
