Influential Women of Wilson County

These women are making their mark in and around Mount Juliet

Jen Allyn

Allyn Aesthetics

Jennifer Allyn Freeland, founder, and owner of Allyn Aesthetics, is a dual board-certified nurse practitioner with nearly 20 years of experience in the medical field. Jen grew up in Santa Barbara, California, the oldest of three in a predominantly medical family, and always knew she would follow in her parents’ footsteps. In 2004 she realized her dream of becoming a nurse and has worked as a nurse practitioner in the ER since 2013. While she admittedly thrives in a high-stress, adrenaline-rich environment, she has always been interested in skincare, non-surgical aesthetic enhancements, and promoting health and wellness. Jen loves practicing “happy medicine” and strives to use her training and expertise to bring a healthy balance of wellness and beauty to her beloved Mount Juliet and Middle Tennessee family. As aesthetic medicine is an ever-evolving field, Jen feels that education should be a lifelong pursuit to stay most up to date on current ideas and techniques. She is certified in various treatments and procedures to serve her clientele. She and her husband, Dave, are currently building a home in Mount Juliet, and Jen is also building out the commercial space in front of Vintage Station North on Mount Juliet Road and hopes to have her new office open by June.

Tina Hutsenpiller started in the insurance business the day she graduated from Mount Juliet High school, 43 years later, and she still loves it!  Helping people and serving her community is what gives her drive every day. Her agency, Hutspiller Insurance Services, celebrates 30 years in business this month.  When she's not at work, you can find her helping at the animal shelter, being an ambassador for the Mt. Juliet Chamber, and serving our community as the Parks & Recreation board chair. She is a huge believer in giving back to the community that has given so much to her.

Michelle Price-Johnson

Success Lab- Mount Juliet

Michelle Price-Johnson is a  former radio broadcast executive turned multi-lane business owner.  Working in broadcasting for most of her adult life,  Michelle began her career on-air, eventually leading multiple stations.  Michelle first discovered her love of Nashville when she attended a music conference. While working for Westwood One, her territory included Nashville, and she says every time she visited, she knew she would eventually call the Nashville area home.

Michelle and her husband have lived in the Nashville area for ten years, the last three in Mount Juliet. They both love the city but have country roots, and they found Mount Juliet to be the best of both worlds.  When it was time to find office space, Michelle knew she didn’t want to drive downtown.  Discovering the community at Providence Station,  she was sold, and Success Lab was born. Building out more space than needed, she designed a space that anyone in the area could work in.  Success Lab is more than a co-working space; she calls it a pro-working space where one can book time in a private office, work desk, conference room, or even the entire space.

“I developed michellepricejohnson.com to answer the questions that I would always get asked about getting to the next level professionally and personally. The tips I share there are how I plan to share everything that I have learned in my career. My goal for the rest of my life is to leave a legacy of people who are better off from knowing me.”
