The home was designed by Shane Rickey with Brent Gibson Classic Home Design and built by JS Custom Homes. Shane met frequently with the clients to fully understand their goals and specific spaces needed in their home. The clients desired a “timeless” style home with fresh textures, lines and curb appeal.
When approaching the home, you see the crisp white stucco is accented with gray cast stone surrounding the entry and windows. The base of the home has a band of linear gray lueder stone that leads you to the two-story front entry. Black modern windows with black/gray shingles complete the home exterior-making a striking impression.
When entering the home, you experience a “wow” moment as you take in the open expansive space. To the right is the dining area with a full “sit-up” wet bar. Straight ahead is a view of the stairs and living room laced with glass across its entirety. The sliding doors in the living room lead to a covered outdoor oasis with kitchen, grill, pool and putting green area.
The views from the living room capture many unique architectural components and the grand two-story entry with custom iron railing. The Living room fireplace rises to the 14-foot ceiling while a spiral floating light fixture takes center stage.
The core of the home is the Master Chef kitchen which possesses two full-size 10-foot by 5-foot islands, walk-in “prep-kitchen” and pantry. This kitchen provides a chef or any homeowner the ability to host large parties and gatherings of any size. The amenities include a commercial refrigerator, 48” range and many other accessories.
