Bill & Son Shine Parlor was established by our beloved Father/Grandfather, Bill Gilliam. A self-made man who prided himself on the high quality of his craft. He created an atmosphere of fellowship and goodwill with all his customers, many would visit, just to visit. A God fearing honest broker who never met a stranger, Bill treated everyone equally. And nothing pleased him more than giving his customers the best shine and shoe care in OKC, at an affordable price.
