A special round of applause goes to the founder and owner of The Signature Gallery, Mr. Charles Pabst. Having been an artist his entire life, he inspires all and provides a premier showcase for the artists. His leadership has made this Laguna Beach gallery thrive for over ten years.
Charles Pabst creates vibrant, colorful paintings teeming with life. Nearly everything he paints bears the stamp of his joyful positivity. A family-oriented man who thrives on the interaction with his large family and circle of friends, Pabst refuses to confine himself to one style, but all of his work has an underlying sense of optimism and hope.
Paige Bradley was born in Carmel, California. Paige knew she would be an artist by the age of nine. Immersed in nature and art, Bradley's fascination with the human figure began early.
Joelle Blouin’s earliest memories are of accompanying her parents as they frequented local art galleries. It was during one of these very expeditions that Joelle realized she wanted to become a painter when she grew up.
Jenny Simon was born in Germany and was exposed to the visual arts, theater and dance at an early age. She began piano lessons at age six, and by 9 was composing music.
Michael Pabst has a deep and real appreciation for the Southwest Landscape. A love of fine art combined with a background in structural engineering, provided Michael with the essential tools to make his passion for painting successful.
Reid Richardson states, "My most recent work focuses on the various metaphors a tree provides.” A tree is a powerful symbol. 'Family Tree' is a body of work concerned with the idea of what a family is and how we are all connected.
Chuck Joseph grew up in Huntington Beach. He was fascinated by sketching people and coastal scenes as well as his father's creations. He spent countless hours watching his father sculpt both fine art and furniture. Fascinated with the intricate carving techniques, he began to work with palette knives.
