Monarch 9 Cafe is a Vietnamese French restaurant, owned and operated by husband and wife who are first generation American born Vietnamese. All the dishes are family recipes and hand crafted the way their family has been cooking for generations. Unlike most Vietnamese restaurants, this is not fast food. The restaurant is beautiful, clean, inviting and the service is top notch. They focus on high quality healthy food made with fresh herbs and spices.
