ABOUT:
My Instagram feed highlights hot spots for great food in the Orlando and Tampa areas, places that aren’t part of a large chain because I find that kind of food to be mediocre. People don't realize that Central Florida has so much to offer where you can go and support a locally owned business where the food tastes better.
Another thing I love to talk about is the daytrips I take to different cities, even cities like New York. People don’t realize that it’s not that expensive to get a flight to New York and come back the same day. There's enough time to check out several restaurants and walk around the city.
Food is the ultimate unifier for most people and it’s a fun way to explore new cultures through their food. A good example is the Selam Ethiopian & Eritrean Cuisine on International Drive, which was an amazing experience! It's extremely authentic and the food is incredibly flavorful. Most people don't know it exists because they don't go looking for new foods to try.
