This Valentine’s Day, treat your tastebuds to this beautiful floral blend of citrus, hibiscus, lavender, and oak. A good gin cocktail should reflect the individuality of the spirit’s dryness and botanical blend...and this Winter Citrus French 75 does just that. Cheers!

Recipe:

Serves 2.

  • 4 oz. Conniption American Dry Gin

  • 4 oz. citrus juice from lemons, oranges and blood oranges

  • 2 oz. simple syrup

  • Champagne

  • Crude Bitters "Bitterless Marriage" 

Instructions

1. Juice 1-2 lemons, 1/2 orange and 1/2 blood orange to obtain roughly 4 ounces of citrus juice. 2. Add cubed ice, gin, citrus juice and simple syrup to shaker. 3. Shake for 20-30 seconds. 4. Strain into coupe glasses. 5. Top each with 2 oz. cold champagne and 4 drops of "Bitterless Marriage" Crude Bitters. Garnish with dehydrated fruit wheel and serve!
