Established in 1991 by O.W. Schneider, Schneider Engineering, LLC (SE) is a Texas-based, utility-focused consulting firm offering services that support our Clients’ utility systems and business operations. Our services are designed to strengthen our Clients’ engineering, operations, and business functions – all of which are critical to the ongoing success of their organizations. Our goal is to create value for Clients by delivering technically accurate and practical solutions that result in dependable system performance and reliability to end-user customers. Our services are tailored to meet the specific needs of our Clients, and processes are engineered to respond in a customized and timely fashion. Since inception, SE’s employee growth has increased dramatically and we have expanded our Client-base, as well as our service offerings – serving the same four Clients that we provided services to on day one. Our service portfolio has adapted to meet the needs of our Clients, and we now offer a broad range of engineering, as well as business and financial consulting services from our 16,000 SF Menger Springs headquarters in Boerne, and our branch office in College Station, Texas.
