About Us

Originally from Michigan, Robb began his career in finance at Deloitte, the largest public accounting firm globally. With a strong Midwestern work ethic, and over 25 years of financial, management, accounting, human services, and academic professional experience, Robb is your solid strategic partner! He earned an MBA in Accounting and Human Resource Management, a BSBA in Accounting, and a BA in Finance. Robb is also a Professor in the Commerce Department at The University of Arizona and a former Professor in the Business Department at Pima Community College. His professional financial and human services vitae include Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, Director of Human Resources, Director of Corporate Compliance, and Corporate Controller. Robb is also a Certified Instructor for the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE), teaching at Hogan School of Real Estate. In 2018, Robb passed the National and State Real Estate exam (first attempt) and became a REALTOR® in July 2018 for Centra Realty in Tucson. In 2021, Robb passed the State Real Estate Broker exam (first attempt) and became an Associate Broker/REALTOR® in July 2021, continuing with Centra Realty in Tucson. In 2022, Robb opened his new real estate brokerage, Armstrong Owen Realty! Active in athletics and an avid volleyball player, Robb has also studied 13 languages and cultures! Robb is a volunteer, board member, writer, and sponsor for numerous not-for-profit organizations, past and present, including Tucson Association of REALTORS®, The University of Arizona, Women's Council of REALTORS®, New Mexico Department of Public Health, University of New Mexico, University of Michigan, and University of Windsor, Ontario, Canada.
