FlexProfessionals is a niche staffing firm connecting companies in search of top talent with professionals seeking meaningful, part-time, remote, hybrid and some full-time flex employment opportunities. We have worked with over 15K job seekers in the DMV area. The majority of our candidates are moms and caregivers (women and men) seeking to balance work and family obligations.
