Born and raised in Austin, Texas, this area holds a special place in my heart. It is home in more ways than one—yes, family and friends are nearby, but the community and the lessons that I have learned here are what shaped me. From an early age, my parents and community instilled in me discipline, a strong work ethic, compassion, and tenacity. But most importantly, they showed me never to lose sight of honoring and investing in where you come from.
Balancing a full-time tech job and a construction business has been the most challenging yet rewarding experience of my life. I have been blessed with incredible business partners, and together we built Darbar Homes from the ground up. We started in 2018 building single-family homes throughout the Hill Country; a few years later, we are now building a 300-plus-home subdivision, The Homesteads at Deer Creek, in the heart of Johnson City.
Darbar Homes delivers a product with a modern farmhouse look while keeping in mind the reasons that our buyers love the Hill Country: privacy, a communal feel, and the charms of a small town. By partnering with local businesses and residents, we are investing in both current and future neighbors as exponential growth creates a tremendous need for housing in the area.
For both myself and Darbar Homes, it is not enough simply to build a community; we aim to provide a place where families can build lives for generations. I am deeply proud of our community and will remain steadfastly involved in this place I call home.
