You'll receive a notification that we're on our way, confirmation that it has been picked up and you'll soon receive your invoice. Within 24-48 hours of pick up, you'll then be notified that your laundry is on its way back to you!

JW: We come to you for free pick up and delivery! You can schedule with us online any time, over the phone, or even via text message. Once scheduled, you simply place your laundry on your front porch at your designated pick up time and we pick it up during our regular routes.
