“We’re excited to be a part of what Arvada offers. Everyone that we’ve encountered since opening has been great,” said General Manager Aaron Sperle. “We are looking forward to partnering with anyone who needs our spaces. We are excited for guests to come to the area and direct them to all the fun things to do.” The hotel employs about 30 locals, many of whom enjoy a walk-to-work location. “The community needed the hotel and the hotel needed the community,” he said.
