Home Sweet Celina

Perfectly positioned an hour north of Dallas sits the ever-so-charming town of Celina, Texas. Amongst the lush, rolling hills and the miles on miles of farmland, the city of Celina is a budding town that blends its historic ties with modern city vibes.

In recent years, Celina has grown dramatically in size. And while the city currently has an approximated population of 18,000, this is nearly double what it was in 2010 and puts Celina on track to be one of the fastest growing cities in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Furthermore, with the expansion of the Dallas North Tollway to the west, the city is expected to keep growing and growing. In comparison to population, Celina right now is where Frisco or McKinney was about 30 years ago. From an investment standpoint, this could make buying land in Celina now extremely profitable come many years down the road.

That Small-Town Charm

No matter where you go in this small town, the charm is apparent! The historic Town Square is the beating heart of this city and features a handful of dining and shopping venues for you to choose from. It hosts many of the city's popular annual events such as CajunFest, Friday Night Farmer's Markets and Movies on the Square. There is just something special about this quaint little place, and you can tell by the warm energy in the air and the painted windows of every shop during football season that there truly is a sense of community that flows freely here.

Celina Independent School District, which features two elementary schools, two middle schools and one high school, is exceptionally rated in all categories. Additionally, Celina High School, home of the Bobcats, has brought home an astounding eight football state championships, as well as 20 state titles across eight sports.

Night on the Town

If you are looking for something to do in the entertainment department, Celina is home to two well-known wine vineyards: Caudalie Crest Farm and Vineyard and Eden Hill Winery. If taking a stroll through a vineyard doesn't tickle your fancy, Celina also has a Pole Position Raceway, an indoor go-kart racing facility, so you and your family can channel your inner Dale Earnhardt Jr.

Celina also has a spread of local restaurants that you won't want to miss out on. Whether you are stopping through or relocating to Celina, Lucy's On the SquarePapa Gallo or Toasted Walnut Table and Market are always delicious choices!
