Council Rock graduate Greta Rolli has a pretty impressive resume for a recent college graduate, and now she can add a new venture to her list of achievements. A graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, she worked as an Elite model while attending school, and recently launched her own jewelry line, Greta Louise, featuring beautiful and modern premium pieces.
The line was inspired by Greta’s grandmothers, and in May she will be launching a special Mother’s Day collection in their memory. “I think it is incredibly special how jewelry can bring back memories and signify days in our lives. I wear my Mum Mum’s cross every day, and my Grammy’s high school ring comes with me everywhere. My Mum Mum loved her layered gold necklaces, each one with a different meaning to her. My Grammy was always in a big statement necklace that made her feel like a queen when she was battling dementia. Jewelry should be lived in and loved by many. My hope is that I can curate collections that others will also love and live out their best moments in.”
From May 10-20th, Greta will donate 25% of all sales to A Love for Life, a Newtown based non-profit and the largest single donor to pancreatic cancer research at the University of Pennsylvania.
