A night of dinner and dancing, featuring Chefs Tim Crockett and Jim Wood, accompanied by the Swing States and Looney Tunes, right here in Southwick. The atmosphere of the event space was elegant, yet rustic, with a few modern twists. We enjoyed a night of delicious food and energetic dancing. I absolutely cannot wait for next month's supper club dinner! Come and join us for the next themed supper; trust me, you truly don’t want to miss out!
Here is what we had to eat throughout the night:
Basil Gorgonzola Bread
House Salad
Field greens, topped with diced tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion and gorgonzola cheese, served with their house-made golden balsamic vinaigrette.
Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms
Filled mushroom caps stuffed with spicy sausage, baby spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, topped with cheddar cheese, then baked and plated with red pepper coulis.
Bourbon Soy Salmon
Fresh Atlantic salmon grilled and topped with our house bourbon soy glaze. Served with Asian noodles and fresh vegetables.
