The Grapevine, Colleyville, Southlake Moms League – called GCS Mom’s League or GCSML - was founded in 1994 to build friendship, support and community.

Today, with just under 300 members, this 501(c)4 non-profit organization brings together mothers (and fathers) from across North Texas to share in a range of activities and events. Members reside in Grapevine, Colleyville, Southlake and Keller, as well as Hurst, Euless, Bedford, Flower Mound, Fort Worth, North Richland Hills, Trophy Club and Watauga. There is no residential requirement to join.

GCS Moms League is dedicated to serving area families and the local community.

Each year, GCSML selects a charity to support through The Great Gala.

This year’s theme is Moulin Rouge: Truth, Beauty, Freedom, Love. The event will be held on April 6th from 6-10 pm at the Westin Hotel Southlake. This grand affair promises to be the highlight of the year and a truly extraordinary experience. Admission includes a plated dinner, beer and wine, dancing, live auction and cocktails available for purchase.

Moulin Rouge will support Christ’s Haven for Children in Keller. Christ’s Haven strives to maintain a culture promoting normalcy, dignity and hope for youth and families through a trauma-informed, family model of care.

Christ’s Haven for Children provides a residential program for youth ages 0-18, offering an option outside of traditional foster care; a college and career readiness program for young adults ages 18-24; a family resource center; a food pantry to help offset grocery bills for those living in Christ’s Haven’s neighborhood of homes; and a resale shop supporting the organization’s mission and services.

The annual GCS Moms League Great Gala has a rich history of community involvement and entertainment while raising tens of thousands of dollars for local charities.

GCSML connects working moms, stay-at-home moms and school-aged moms through a variety of events catering to all schedules and age groups. There are numerous opportunities to volunteer, and one of the League's most important annual events is The Great Gala - this year benefitting Christ’s Haven for Children in Keller.
