I wanted to share something pretty cool with you, something that happened a few years ago when I started my own business. It's a story that might sound familiar, and I thought you might relate to it too.

Back in 2016, I took a big leap and started my own business. Can you believe it? Within just two years, I had grown it to the point where I had almost 400 clients and made a good amount of money. You'd think I'd be jumping for joy, right? But instead of feeling thrilled and accomplished, I was completely worn out. I didn't want anything to do with my business anymore.

It's kind of like when you go on a super intense crash diet and lose a bunch of weight really fast. By the time you reach your goal, you're so sick and tired of those unrealistic strategies that got you there. You feel like you'll puke if you have to drink one more protein shake or eat another broccoli and chicken meal. Have you ever been there with your diets?

During those years, I definitely learned some valuable lessons, but most of all, I discovered what I didn't want for my future. I didn't want to work crazy long hours every day. I didn't want to handle everything on my own. And I definitely didn't want my business to revolve only around weight loss.

But most importantly, I never wanted to experience burnout like that again. It was just too much!

So, fast forward to 2019. I started listening to podcasts about women in business and how they scaled their ventures online. I was searching for ways to make the most of my time and efforts. And you know what? Something amazing happened during that time. I made the best decision ever (well, aside from marrying my husband, of course): I hired someone who was a little further ahead of me in the business world.

Why am I telling you all this? Because I want you to know that it's okay to ask for help and support. When I was trying to do it all by myself, always searching for information online, it only led to frustration. I never got the results I wanted, and I ended up exhausting myself with strategies that didn't fit my lifestyle. It was like going from one diet plan to another without really getting anywhere.

I'm sure some of you can relate to this struggle, especially those who answered my recent poll saying you're working hard but not seeing the progress you want. Trust me, I get it! I've been there in both my nutrition journey and my business. And guess what? I've seen thousands of clients facing the same challenges.

The turning point for me was when I hired someone to guide me and create a plan that was customized just for me. It gave me a chance to achieve small victories right from the start and see instant results. And the best part? It didn't burn me out or make me want to give up after just a week or two.

I wanted to share this story with you because I believe that we can all achieve our goals with the right support and strategies. If you're feeling stuck or overwhelmed, it's okay to reach out and ask for help. You don't have to do it all alone.

Remember, we're in this together, and I'm here to cheer you on every step of the way. Let's conquer our goals and make our dreams come true!
