Hello,
I am Jeanette and I am a health and wellness coach. I specialize in stress, anxiety and panic attacks. You might be asking why a health and wellness coach would be specializing in mental health. The simple answer is, I suffer from stress related anxiety and panic attacks. It's not fun, nor is is something, we as women should be ashamed of.
As your health and wellness coach, we will work on creating a life that can be loved and not feared. How will we do that?
First we will learn about nutrition. We will find out which foods are taking your energy away and which foods give you energy. You might be surprised to know that there are foods that help cause our anxiety. My question to you is, what are you eating?
The second question is how do you talk to yourself? Are you critical, judgmental, making negative comments about yourself? Your brain believes everything you tell yourself. Shouldn't you be telling it positive information?
Can we talk about self-care? Are you a person who puts everyone ahead of yourself? You need to put yourself first. I will give you the permission, and some tips to carve out some time for you. When was the last time you had some quiet, alone time?
You may notice that everything I have discussed above, boils down to habit change. When you think about habit change you may feel overwhelmed. As a health coach, I break everything down into bite size pieces. By doing it this way, it doesn't seem so overwhelming. These habits will last a life time.
The last piece to this puzzle is accountability. When we are busy and on the go, it is hard to be accountable for our actions. This is especially true if you have a family. That is where I come in. When you can't hold yourself accountable, I am there to help you be accountable. I will hold you up to a highest standard. It's hard to do this alone, I know.
I have mentioned a few tools that can help with your stress and anxiety. I actually went to coaching school to help me with my own stress and anxiety. I wasn't thinking of this as a career, I was just tired of the anxiety and panic attacks. Just by changing these few things, my anxiety is so much better. I have been in your shoes and I have seen the changes. Together we can create your life that can be loved and not feared.
