1st Oklahoma Home Offers the Latest in Luxurious Living

There’s plenty of room for the kids and pets (not to mention large gatherings of family and friends) in one of the latest creations by 1st Oklahoma Homes.

Space—lots and lots of beautiful open space—may be one of the first things people notice about this home, located in the Rio Del Sol addition. The house, which was recently sold, also features all the bells and whistles today’s high-end home buyer could wish for.

The 3,163-square-foot home includes three bedrooms, a downstairs office, an upstairs game room, and three-car garage.

1st Oklahoma Homes founder/owner Ali Farzaneh has built a successful business in the Oklahoma City metro area by paying close attention to each customer’s unique needs and refusing to cut corners. And this house certainly represents the “best of the best.”

The exterior of this two-story home is striking, featuring white masonry accented with stonework along the bottom and beautiful wood accents.

There’s a clean line of sight from the state-of-the-art kitchen to the large living area, which features a modern gas fireplace, large windows that give the space an abundance of natural light and makes the room appear even larger, and a cathedral ceiling with real-wood beams.

No detail went untended in this house. Even the stair railing is sure to evoke envy in guests. The handholds are wood, but the design—which evokes a Craftsman feel—are of black metal. And the master closet … well, it’s got more than ample space for hanging clothes, as well as numerous shelves for shoes, purses, etc.

The kitchen … ah! The kitchen. It’s got it all: marble counter tops; a deep, modern stainless-steel sink with matching stainless appliances (including an electric blue dishwasher); and open wood shelves around the sink area, as well as plenty of shelves with doors. Needless to say, the appliances are top of the line. More storage is available in the pantry.

Not unexpectedly, the luxury extends into the master bath, which features a large shower with frameless doors, beautiful tile work and two rain shower heads.
