"Where should we eat?" can be one of the most craved questions anyone wants to hear. And with so many choices to pick from, how can you possibly narrow it down? Thankfully, Ling and Louie's Asian Bar and Grill makes the pickings easier.

Established in Scottsdale, Arizona, Ling and Louie's has branched off into five locations, including Meridian, Idaho. It was the growing communities that attracted this restaurant chain to the Treasure Valley in 2011. Also sticking since the beginning is Taylor Musgrave, the assistant general manager for Ling and Louie's for the past ten years. When asked what makes this restaurant so special, she said, "The food and hospitality. Our food is unlike any other food. It's flavorful, it's fresh, and it's unique. Also, our staff always makes sure each customer feels welcomed from start to finish." Taylor also mentioned that one of the mottos at Ling and Louie's is, "Hot food, on time, to the right table with a smile."

What makes the restaurant so unique is their food choices. Some of their signature dishes include the sushi with the best quality ingredients in the area; the meatloaf served with a side of szechaun beans and Wasabi potatoes; and the Buddha's Feast, a creative take on stir fry with a choice of protein and rice. They also have a vivid arrangement of cocktails, including the Dragon Berry Mojito, which includes dragon berry rum, lime, mint, Sprite, and soda water.

When asked what she hopes customers take away from Ling and Louie's, Taylor thought long and hard about the perfect answer. "I hope they enjoy themselves. 'Restaurant' means to rest and revitalize, and we want to make sure our customers feel like they are taken care of."
