Jill Amundson is Fazendin Realtors’ February "Busy Bee", Multiple Diamond Award Winner, and an all-around wonderful person and professional.

In just one month, Jill assisted clients in crossing the finish line for two home purchases and one home sale, earning her the title of "Busy Bee." From coordinating showings to managing client expectations to navigating negotiations - quarterbacking three deals at once is no easy feat. Jill’s years of experience, direct and transparent communication systems, and acute attention to detail ensured each client made it to the closing table on time and with smiles.

Jill’s passion for real estate began after college. She actively purchased and renovated homes while working in sales and marketing positions within various healthcare settings. Jill was always drawn to homes that were “fixer uppers,” readily envisioning what they could become and creating that outcome. From St. Louis Park, to Maple Grove, to Minneapolis – townhomes, single family homes, and duplexes were lived in, renovated, and then sold. Over the years, Jill and her husband have owned duplexes in various Minneapolis neighborhoods, including Uptown, Kingfield, and Seward. She enjoys owning and managing her family's investment properties and is passionate about making her client's home investments work for them as well.
