I am here to tell you that WHATEVER YOU DO TO LOSE THE WEIGHT, YOU HAVE TO DO FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.


The biggest misconception of weight loss is that you can just lose the weight and go back to your "normal" ways...


But that is completely and utterly false. You have to KEEP the habits on board that you did to lose the weight.


So, if you feel that the:

X fasting

X low carb

X shakes

X diet foods

X whole30 recipes

is not going to sustain the next 30 days... stop wasting your time!! Stop falling victim to strategies you know you won't keep.


Spend time learning the most simple and effective strategies you can EASILY keep in your lifestyle. I want you to do what you are doing TODAY... NEXT YEAR... and the NEXT… and the NEXT...


And my suggestion is to have your strategies be around these 6 pillars:

  1. Balanced Plate
  2. Protein
  3. Strength Training
  4. Movement
  5. Sleep
  6. Hydration


Because these are the essentials you need to be focused on for fat loss and a healthy body composition.
